Double Weekly Workouts Sept 8-21

My workouts the past two weeks have been pretty solid. My training runs have felt good. We had our first back to back weekend runs and I'm happy to report I survived! Only 5 more back to back weekend runs other than race weekend. Em got Piyo two weeks ago, so I've been incorporating it into my workouts during the week.

Last Friday night Cameron and I got to visit with my parents and one set of grandparents to celebrate my Pappy's 75th Birthday. We went to dinner and then indulged on homemade cherry pie, yum!
