Weekly Workouts March 17-23

This week was my final week of tough training before my next half on April 6. I start tapering today and only have 5 runs left until race day! So many other bloggers raced last weekend. After reading their race recaps and seeing so many PR's I'm excited to race again!

March 17- Snow Day Workout
March 18- Rest
March 19- 14 miles, 2:20:31, average pace 10:02
March 20- Work
March 21- Work
March 22- 45 minute run-4.87 miles (avg pace 9:15 min/mile),
                  total with warm-up and cool-down: 5.89 in 1 hour 4 minutes
March 23- 5 minutes rowing, 10 minutes biking, Shoulder, Biceps, Triceps and Abs Strength Training
