Question of the day: What is your favorite song to workout/run to?
That's all for now!
I don't really have different songs for different workouts. I usually just put my i-pod on shuffle or listen to the radio!
ReplyDeleteI also enjoy putting my music on shuffle, it just depends on my mood that day.
DeleteMy favorite album ever made, as well as my favorite album to work out to, is "Clarity" by Zedd. It is mixed with uptempo and downtempo songs, and most of the tracks have a really great cadence to run to.
ReplyDeleteI'll definitely have to check it out!
DeleteI don't usually create different playlists for different workouts, I just set my playlist on shuffle. I love that C&C Music Factory is included on your list. I always start running faster when Van Halen's "Jump" comes on.
ReplyDelete"Jump" is a great song to run to!
