I decided to try this with planks! I started in a elbow plank position.
Each time the song says, "Bring Sally Up" Switch from an elbow plank to a straight arm plank.
Then when it says, "Bring Sally Down" Go back into an elbow plank position.

I made it to 2:18 before I couldn't do it anymore.
Try it out and let me know how long you were able to go!
