Week 2 Day 1

Monday we ran at the beach before making the trek back home. It was a chilly morning, but made for great running weather! Running at the beach is one of my favorite things and I wish I was able to do it more often. This run felt great and I feel like we are slowly, but surely building up our endurance. This is reassuring considering we are going to be running more than four times what we do on our 30 minute running days. 

Standard warm-up
30 min run (2:30 run, 1 min walk)
Standard cool down

Total: 3.8 miles
