This week I felt pretty good about my workouts. I definitely got a variety of activities in this week. The first two runs this week were incredibly hot and humid. It was partially my fault because I waited so late in the day to run. The run I did today felt great which I was surprised about because I wore heels/sandals all day yesterday and my feet felt awful this morning.
On Sunday my husband helped me with my swimming form (basically a swim lesson). He was a lifeguard and taught swim lessons when we first started dating. I have always been a bad swimmer, but was able to keep myself afloat. The dog paddle was my specialty. I learned proper form for the front crawl and the breast stroke. I actually picked up on it pretty quickly and dare I say, enjoyed it. By the end, I swam 400 meters total.
