Monthly Recap ? Weekly Workouts May 19-June 22

Well I'm back (again)! I kind of fell off the blogosphere for you know, the past MONTH! Between overtime at work, working out, going out of town, making time to read books and the craziness that is summertime I just have not blogged. I didn't realize how much I would miss it! The end of May/beginning of June I struggled with motivation and my workouts just felt off. I'm out of that slump and since the middle of June I've gotten myself back on track. At this point in time I'm really trying to reel in my diet. Since my last half I've kind of let myself eat what I want (to a certain extent). Only another week until Goofy Challenge Training starts!

May 21- 15 minutes bike, Chest and Abs, 15 minutes bike, 15 minutes elliptical
May 22- Work
May 23- 10 minutes bike, Legs and Abs, 15 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes bike, 45 minutes tennis
May 24- 10 minutes bike, 5 minutes rowing, Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps, 1 hour 15 minutes tennis
May 25- Work
May 26- Work
May 27- 10 minutes bike, Chest and Back, 1.75 mile walk on treadmill in 28 minutes
May 28- 2.21 miles in 25 minutes
May 29- Rest
May 30- Work
May 31- Jog to gym, 10 minutes bike, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps and Abs
June 1- 3.17 miles in 32:09
June 2- Work
June 3- Work
June 4- 3.1 miles in 31:45
June 5- Chest and Back
June 6- Unplanned Rest Day
June 7- Work
June 8-Work
June 9- 2.9 miles in 34:15, Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps
June 10- Work
June 11- Work
June 12- Work
June 13- Rest/Drive to Beach
June 14- 4 miles in 45:04 at the beach!!
June 15- Rest
June 16-5 miles in 49:26 at the beach!!

  1. I am super impressed that you've kept track of what you did every day for almost a month! I'm due for another beach run. I miss it!
