Weekly Workouts April 14-21

The week of the 13-19 I hit a mileage high of 28 miles for that week. My prior record was 23 miles. I've been focusing a lot on adding in cardio on the days that I do strength training.

15 minutes bike, 5 minutes rowing, Shoulder, Biceps and Triceps Strength Training, 15 minutes elliptical

April 16
7 miles in 1:18:41, avg pace 11:14

April 17
Rest

April 19
12 miles in 1:57:44, avg pace 9:49

April 20
Easter- Rest

April 21
Work
