Poolside Workout

This morning my Mom, Cameron and I did a poolside circuit workout. It ended up being really fun and a good workout too! We went through this circuit 3 times doing reps until failure.


Cameron made use of his resources for pull-ups. He also 
did dips on the corner of the fence.

  1. Awesome job, I love workouts that you can do anywhere! Push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and planks are my favorite go-to exercises!
