Weekly Workouts May 12-18

I had pretty solid workouts this week. Since it's finally been nice out almost everyday we've been playing a lot of tennis. It's been close to 2 years since we last played. I forgot just how much I love it! It's great cardio and uses different muscles than running does. After only 4 times out on the court I've really picked it back up quite quickly. 


May 12
15 minutes bike, Chest, Back and Abs, 15 minutes elliptical

May 13
Shopping (yes, I'm counting this. It was a huge mall and we were there for a long time!)

May 14
15 minutes bike, Legs and Abs, 1 1/2 hours tennis

May 15
Work

May 16
Work

May 17
10 minutes bike, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps and Abs, 1 hour tennis

May 18
15 minutes bike, Back and Abs, 15 minutes elliptical, 35 minutes tennis
